Key Responsibilities

• Manage capital transactions such as contributions and distributions
• Ensure timely resolution of outstanding reconciliation items
• Prepare valuation reports and financial documentation
• Calculate fees and allocate profits/losses
• Build and maintain waterfall models
• Generate performance metrics, including internal rate of return (IRR) analyses
• Produce customized reports for clients and investors
• Support audit processes to ensure timely completion
• Lead a small team of accountants, fostering their professional growth
• Address complex accounting queries escalated by junior staff
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
• Contribute to process enhancements and workflow optimization
• Assist with onboarding new clients and transitioning existing ones

Qualifications and Skills
• 3-6 years of experience in financial services, preferably in fund administration, auditing, or investment management
• Exposure to private equity or hedge funds is beneficial but not mandatory
• Academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Business
• Interest in pursuing a professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is advantageous
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
